Thanks! I took the reverse pic but it was so dark that the woody details was hard to see. I'll post it anyways.

Are you asking if it is one? Well, that's all a matter of opinion since there is no 'official' marker to one. It's a nickname given to cents that exhibit striping due to improper planchet metal mixture. That's what yours shows, so sure - I'm not really sure I get the context of the question.
