I have somewhere in excess of 600 silver three pence pieces in stock and thought that I should off load a few. One idea that came to mind was making up a few sets of George V, 1911-1919.
Nice looking coins with reasonable sales potential at a fairly moderate cost.
I couldn't believe after searching all those coins that I could only find one 1915. Even went through the scrap box! It's not as though they're unobtainable, reasonable mintage; around 5 mil I think.

In your case, I think that the sole 1915 that you have is at the low part of the statistical population bell curve. You should have more of them. It's a pity you can only make up one set.

I guess that the next step to consider is to make up type sets, with different alloys legends and designs. That way, you can still make up sets, but you will not need a 1915 to do it. You can also make more balanced sets condition wise.

And weirdly enough, in my spare box I have got plenty of 1915 lying around with a few other dates. Guess I've taken most of the 1915 out of the country sometime when I was drunk and shopping at the coin market :)

try to locate the 1915 coin as you would have to make sets, with this coin you would not be able to make a set. Try to exchange or buy the 1915 coins at affordable rates, so that you can make a coin set, if you wish to sell it, you could offer it a nice price.

warm wishes
