An 1857 Fugio Copper/Franklin Cent (issued by authority of the U.S.) however, my oldest coin minted by the U.S. Mint is a 1795 Large Cent.

Ralph, those Fugio coppers are next on my want list! And looking at prices they're (relatively) affordable in low-mid grades. A lot of those old colonials are out of this world price wise.

1864 2 cent pc. Not in the best condition, but I still really like it considering the history.

Thank you, Conder. I only hope it looks nice in person and I won't know for about two weeks. There's a couple of things I can nitpick about. On the reverse you can see a couple spots of orange discoloration at the about the 10 and 5 O'clock positions, it looks like there's a couple contact marks, and the surface doesn't appear to be as smooth as I would like.
It's PCGS graded VF-25. I'm very picky but given the age of the coin and the typical state even slabbed "problem free" 212 year old coppers are in... I was willing to overlook her blemishes. So long as the pictures are accurate I'm happy with it, and I'm excited to own my first 1700's US coin :)

DVC, the even color and surface quality on your 02 is amazing.
