According to the 2006 RedBook only 27 coins have been reported as being sold for more than $700,000.

I wonder how the weather is in this guy's world?

I think it's likely that the seller is just a kid with an overactive imagination about the token's value or has been sold a bill of goods, perhaps as a joke by an adult.

A Coin? That's just sad. The seller will have to pay the listing fee and that will be the end of it.
