Rare for me to buy a coin on ebay, but I was hoping this was a proof (horrible, blurry pics) so I actually way over-paid, it was a roll of the dice and a grade given by the seller at "PBU". I was hoping he didn't realize what he had and that P meant proof....but I guess it was Philly. LOL About all you could see in his pics was proof-like luster. At least it turned out to be a nice coin. The obverse has that very frosty type of luster, very strong cartwheels on both side. The obverse pic sucks compared to how this looks in hand.

amazing luster I will say MS65++ due to the scattered light contact marks
