im trying to find out if is it 1912 or 1917  ? where I live is very tough to find any teen LWC so if I make sure is a 1912 I ll use on my withman circulated albun untill I find a upgrade  i dont think ll be possible to tell for sure but thanks for look !

In two of the pics I say 1912...but 1917 in the other. I thinks it's 1912! If you want a better 1912 for your folder just send me your address. I think with all of your photos on here, you are keeping alot of folks entertained!

A good resource would be a professional curator at the State Museum (don't know where you live, but surely, every state has a state museum)... these folks (often) have gone to college to learn how to solve mysteries exactly like the question you pose. I am thinking some kind of Xray technique. The FBI knows how to read serial numbers even after they have been ground off by a bad guy. I saw that once on CSI.

And I meant to add... re. state curator... sometimes the cost of them running in through the University's scanner ... is done as a "class exercise". free. Curators LOVE to talk about what they do.
