The seller told me he paid over $100 per roll when he bought them. Didnt say how many rolls he bought except that it was a large quantity. Although he is making a small fortune on these, I do get gratification knowing that I went in while the dust was still flying and plucked one from his cache before he realized what these were actually worth.

Still very quiet just like I said 24 hours ago. As soon as my coin sells or expires, all heck will break lose for the 66. I think it well go for $2250 - $2500.

It does seem like a very long 4 days so far. As time goes by I keep thinking maybe I shouldnt sell it! The best part about this is the adrenalin rush! I love closing deals however this one is beyond my control! I wonder...if the 65 wasnt listed, where would the bid be on the 66?

If he paid over $100 per roll, he must have known the rolls were all 2006P & you can still sell all the magnetic ones on ebay & call them rare.

What will we do then?
I wonder if this thread has set a record for most replies to a thread?

well 1 hour to go and still ms65 not over reserve; I am sure someone will take it. while we are waiting, has anyone seen or heard of a 2008 Non-Magnetic cent? every year since 1999 there has been a Non-Magnetic cent and Magnetic cent, some were in sets or test only. but I never heard of a 2008 Non-Magnetic cent!

I got a funny feeling everyone is going to hold off on the 65 in hopes of getting the 66. 50 minutes till it expires.

Ya, 2101pierre did kind of mess you up by listing ms66 now. maybe it is pay-back for selling you ms66 for $1200, when now he knows it could go for $2000+ after reading these other post, it seems like this ms66 will be his last one listed by 2101pierre ? if this is true then you will get a better price next week for ms65 i will see if I can help you on this i'll explain later after it ends

Well you got reserve, so you are good. But with a coin like this it doesn't do anyone good to have competition in the market....

i think r**9 will still go all the way for the ms66 2006P Non Magnetic, since he now gave up on the last TWO ms65.
