havent seen this yet, the strong notching above "IN" and "UNI". It is evident as well over "GOD" and the "TIE" of UNITED but not nearly as pronounced.

I've seen this before. It is common. I toss them back. There is nothing doubled or a die issue. Just a striking issue.
