1908 Gold $2.5 Indian With Clashed Dies.. Error Or Verity?

nocomment New Member United States 36 Posts	Posted 04/03/2011 7:58 pm 1908 Gold $2.5 Indian with Clashed Dies.. error or verity? I have been looking for more info on this clash and I cant find anything but one guy selling the same coin graded by PCGS as a damaged coin from cleaning but it says clashed dies on the holder and he is getting a $1000 for that. History of this coin is that some guy at a live auction had the set up there and well I had the cash so I got a bit caught up in the fun and payed $360 for it..couldn't believe I payed that because I should know better but hey..lol.. When I got home I started looking at the coin and something was weird about it and to my surprise it wasn't a normal Indian it was a die clash and then I was OK with spending that $360.. Anyone Good at grading this type of incuse design coin feel free to toss some ballparks.
