I found these in my fathers things and wondered what they were worth and how to sell them. I can get the silver content but wondered if they were worth more than that

Complete set does have more numismatic value. If its the same set as mine, there should be 5 dollar and 10 dollar coins, each 925 sterling.

Very nice coin set indeed.

The proof strikes are generally more desirable than the brilliant uncirculated strikes. Also check for the mule in the first set (1973 $5 Olympic coin with a 1974 obverse).

Olympic 1973/1974 Mule 10 Dollars. Mintage of this coin is a mere 320 coins minted and the demand has grown on this very rare error coin. This coin was accidental struck with the obverse of a 1974 Die that was to be used for the nest set of coins, but somehow was struck with an older die, causing the error or Mule when two wrong dies are struck together

I was very fortunate last year. I bought the 73/74- $10 Mule for $184 US dollars off a lady in Chicago. The coin was still in the original case. I havent seen any sell recently.
