I don't know yet. Took a small chance and bought off the net. Will let you know when it arrives.
Believe it is all original. If so....I will be one step closer....as I will have this graded and then sell it. Funds will go to my 09 S VDB fun (which is empty at the moment!). :)

Looks like it's cartwheeling, but that is the most reflective coin I've ever seen.

Time will tell. Took a small gamble. Downside of $15 cash....or...if this is the real deal....quite a bit of upside.
1893S - what don't you like? It is just a coin I took a small gamble on.
If it is not cleaned or altered...what is the grade (judging by the photo)?
hehe...or...better yet...give a grade with the venerable notation. MS62 Details! :)

There is .77 ounce of silver in that coin.
If you bought it in the past few months and spent only $15, you got quite a bargain no matter what grade it is.

CoinMeister - I believe what he means with the downside risk is that he probably spent about $15 over spot on it (or $15 over the lowest possible grade he thinks it could get).

I'd have taken out my competition with a baseball bat to bid on this one. There's a slight chance that it's *too* bright, but the term "booming luster" was invented for this coin. Simply staggering. I can't find words.
I suspect you'll call it MS65 in-hand. The photos don't give me enough information to consider reflectivity, but Prooflike is certainly in play. 1921's just don't look like this, acloco. It's either very wrong, or very special. My money is on the latter.

Nice coin I will say MS-65 to MS-66 great luster for a '21 might get a star designation
