One of the players in the bullion market delivered my Glacier ATB 5 oz coin today. There is a huge scratch from their packaging.

After the second email, they responded with:

1 - NOT their fault.
2 - I can return it and pay shipping both ways
3 - NOT their fault.
4 - NO return on bullion items.

Obviously, I am not happy with receiving damaged merchandise. Do not believe that I should pay anything to exchange damaged merchandise.

Suggestions?

Get on the phone with them and don't be satisfied with talking to the first person on the phone. Ask for a manager. If this does not help, in another hobby of mine, I also mentioned I belonged to a large online forum and would be posting to help my fellow collectors know about the situation and to help them avoid making the same mistake. However, if this situation is in their small print somewhere that the buyer assumes all risks - there is nothing that can be done.
