One of the players in the bullion market delivered my Glacier
ATB 5 oz coin today. There is a huge scratch from their packaging.
After the second email, they responded with:
1 - NOT their fault.
2 - I can return it and pay shipping both ways
3 - NOT their fault.
4 - NO return on bullion items.
Obviously, I am not happy with receiving damaged merchandise. Do not believe that I should pay anything to exchange damaged merchandise.
Suggestions?
