are you asking if it was cleaned? I would say yes, due to the discoloring/grime inside the 5, between E and R, and at top of the Y.

IMHO I think the grade is F or above, with cleaning.

It appears to be so from what look like to me parallel hair lines around "in god we trust," and other hairlines, but it could just be circulation wear too. Can't say for sure.

Obverse shows signs of discoloration in date, on this particular coin. Very easy to identify the cleaning.
