This 1932-D has little if any wear and in fact seems to have stronger than usual details. Luster however seems completely absent which makes me question how original the surfaces are. Based on lack of visible wear and no significant hits or hairlines it could grade AU-58 up to MS-63. If excessively dipped or otherwise processed it would warrant an AU or MS details grade.
I agree with Muddler on the authenticity concern. The shape of the D mintmark appears correct. There should be many tiny horizontal die polish lines around the mintmark according to PCGS; these are not visible in your image.
It might be worth having NCS work on it to see if they can conserve it back to a more conventional lustrous appearance. It could then be slabbed and graded by NGC if judged problem-free.
