2000 D LMC... Odd "Ramp"...

Hey all... Sorry about this, but like anything else, this is another first for me. If you notice, on the 0's and the mint mark, there is a sloping ramp from the middle out. I didn't even know what to look for but I believe that this might have something to do with a die being over polished? it also looks like the "D" is doubled, I got to get better pics of that one... Thanks!

That looks like a target area for a clash removal.

Ok.. I hear what you are saying... searched and googled it and still am unsure what that is because I don't see any overlap on your example... please educate me! lol... Thanks again...
