At first when I saw this coin I thought it was just MD'ing. But I don't think I have seen one with this much doubling....parts of it look flat...parts of it are as thick as the other letters...There are even a split Seriff or two....I did as best as I could with the pics...What do you think? Either way its a keeper to me...

Unfortunately thats might be as good as I can get unless someone has any ideas....its with a 16x loupe and my DSLR 55mm lens

Looks like classic Die Deterioration Doubling to me. See how the "double" is all blobby and misshapen, and kinda wraps around the "TS" in cents? With actual hub doubling the double has the same shape and sharpness as the original and the same rounded profile on top.

I guess that makes cents (sense)....At some points you can see the doubling on both sides of the letters. I still think its neat regardless....I guess I'll just add this to the rest of my MD coins...lol
