I'm not sure but I think these were just temple tokens. It says one paisa with a VS date of 1946 which makes it 1890 AD, so it is quite old.
The reason I think it is a temple token is it shows Hanuman the monkey god, and temple tokens tend to have one side illustrated with a deity. Also there is no name of the ruler.
If it is a temple token, I doubt if mintage figures would be kept, but I would guess high.

It is a quite obscure piece, which makes it completely normal for an Indian coin, but I have no idea if it is valuable.

I like the entwined leaves motif used. Variations of this can be found on later Victoria rupees and Kutch silver coins as well.

The rajas of Ratlam had Hanuman on their coat of arms, which is why he appears on this coin, inside a shield-shaped border.

The Krause catalogues report that original 1890 coins KM# 24 were "thick", and should weigh 5.7 to 5.8 grams. CV $6 in VF.

The restrikes KM# 25, made from 1942 to 1945, are "thin" and weigh only 2.5 to 3.3 grams. CV $10 in VF.

Mintages are not listed for either originals or restrikes.

What is the name of the Krause catalog that carries this information?
Krause seems to be the go-to for world coin information.

Standard Catalog of World Coins. It comes in one volume per century; that's five phone-book-sized catalogues, since 1600. Apparently they're now working on a 1500s book (finally!)
