Normally you receive an associate's membership to NGC for how ever long you join the ANA. Being their the official coin grading company of the ANA. So theirs also a assoc. membership to NGC. But will have to check on that one. Have a great day. Amazing coins.

Following Muhammad bin Tughlak's death, there was cofusion that culminated in inviting Firoz (1351-1388.AD) to Delhi. He was a ruler who cared for the ruled. He founded many cities including Firozabad and Jaunpur.

Joint issue of Firoz shah and his son Fath shah
The viceroyalty of "eastern province" (Iqlim us sharq) was assigned to Fath shah by Firoz, with the authority to mint coins. Such joint issues are rare in the history of India.

After the death of Firoz, Delhi was in total anarchy. Giyaz ud din Tughlak-2 (1388-89.AD), Firoz shah Zafar (1389.AD) and Abu Baker (1389-90.AD) tried their luck only to fail. Then came Muhammad IV bin Firoz (1390-94.AD).

The obv. of this 2 Jital coin is similar to that of "Ala ud din Khilji"(1295-1316.AD).(Ref. DS# 045). But this one is thicker and dumpy. Rev. legend is entirely different.

Mahmud shah-II (1394-1412.AD) followed his brother, Sikandar. A weak ruler he was and he fled to Gujarat when Timur invaded India.

The image is that of a copper Falus, weighing 3.9gms.
