the S mint is the last coin going from left to right Quote: So I guess I am waiting to see if I get my sets and am happy or I cancel every subscription I have from the mint and buy from some other source. I don't understand that reasoning, can you explain? Sounds like if you didn't get your order in there in time you are going to cancel all the items you are on a subscription to receive from the mint because of it. which to me doesn't make sense at all

Actually, two of them are. One of the uncirculated coins carries an S mint mark and this is one of two unique coins in the set and the one referred to most often as the S mint. The other is the bullion coin, which carries no mint mark but according to an article in the October 31 issue of Coin World was also minted in San Francisco. PCGS is recognizing this by referring to the bullion coin as a 2011-(S).

Quote: So I guess I am waiting to see if I get my sets and am happy or I cancel every subscription I have from the mint and buy from some other source. Gee, that'll teach THEM! "You nasty Mint you, I'll just stop buying from you and buy from the aftermarket and pay more." Now THAT'S logic! Good Luck with that.

I am still waiting for my set to ship. I will play the waiting game a little longer.
One thing is driving me nuts. Please humor me on this. I just cannot figure out what 'COA' is. Please explain this acronym.

Certificate of Authenticity, the little card that certifies that this is a product of the US mint and guarantees the metal content of the coins.

"Certificate of Authenticity". I should have thought of that. It was driving me nuts. Thanks for filling me in.
Morgans dad I sympathize with you. My order was received at 4:45 (later than yours). I am playing the waiting game also. My status is 'In Process'. I hope I get my set. It looks really beautiful.

my order is 4:30pm and still on hold because they need to verify my address by mailing a letter first. I could be the last to receive coins here, hopefully. since early strikes are stored at the bottom of the pile, I may get the real first strike

I think you'll see a lot of opened 5 box sets. Sure they're some uninformed few, but probably more cherry picking 10 - 20+ sets just for the keys. Reselling 5sets of 69's. I'm going to keep one box closed Thanks to Clair! I'm also going to have to wait for the numbers. See just how many sealed sets were submitted. Can you imagine if its in the hundreds, I know thats wishful thinking, But I'm pretty sure that little pc of paper will end up costing more then the set itself.... Ohh how I can't wait to see. Heres a fun little game, Guess the number of sealed sets submitted to NGC and PCGS. Give an amount for each of the two. From now to New Years sound good? Anyone have a better timeline feel free to change it. I'm going to say 16,306 PCGS 18,124NGC Now to New Years. I'll edit it if anyone thinks another time line would work better.

I got an e-mail from the mint this morning informing me that I will not receive the set. I was on the waiting list and my order was placed at 6:47 CT. Oh well, time to buy something else.

Got my tracking # for the ASE sets, so I'll stay home tomorrow to pick it up! One of our local coin shops put up a sign, "Buying 25th Anniversary ASE Sets" (yes, even for sets out of the shipping box, I asked) Sorry to hear you didn't get one, Wornslick Plenty of slabbed ASE sets will be hitting the market shortly. Quote: I'm going to say 16,306 PCGS 18,124NGC Now to New Years. Maybe more, and also a higher pop. of 70's than everyone thinks...
