Identify-Coin/Medal-?

Can someone tell me what is this. I bought it on a flea market. The coin has four rings attached and on one of them was silver Turkish coin ( that ,btw was the reason I bought it).

I believe it is a German game token from an amusement arcade. I'm sure someone here can say when and where it was made.

Yes, it is. German pfennig. I have a couple spiel markes from the U.K. I believe spielmark is German for "play money".

Interesting that it says "Rechen...Pfennig", when it should say Rechnen Pfennig, ie "counting penny"
Since the pictured eagle is closest to the Austro-Hungarian empire's, I would not be surprised if this game piece came from Austria or their old territories--which once included Serbia. That might explain the misspelling, if German wasn't the primary language. I'm guessing it dates before 1918.
