I may be in the minority here, but I don't see any wear on the cheek bone or beard. A couple of distracting bag marks in the prime focal areas........MS63Bn

Hard to get a feel for the true color of the coin in the holder.

If that was a raw coin (not in the holder), I would venture a guess at being dipped and retoned. BUT....holders will make that same look happen.

The spotting on the obverse at the 4 to 6 o'clock position between the bottom of the neck and the rim couple with the spotting on the reverse.

But, this might be one of those coins in the holder than is a WOWSER in hand.

Reverse die state was early - nice strike. A few bag marks. Obverse, mid state.

63 Red or RB obverse, 64 Red or RB reverse. Have to see a better pick to all the color.

Dang, first gut was 61 but NGC tends to market grade these up. Nice BN coin!
