I have a Lincoln Wheat cent 1944 with the 9 in date missing and a slanted line started at top of where 9 should be going into the mint mark "s" I appreciate all replies, and look forward to helping others on the forum as I learn too:)

That's no bag mark. It took a lot of force to damage that coin that much. I'm with Biokemist on this one.
