My recently deceased father was somewhat of a coin collector. He also liked working with wood and making displays for various items. As a coin collector, this is one of my favorite "Works of Art" from him. This is a 6 sided cube, with coin displays on 5 sides(while the 6th side sits on the table). So it's sort of a 3d coin display. He used 2 of the same type of coin so that he could display both the obverse and reverse of a coin type. There is quite a bit of silver here, and is probably worth more if taken apart, but that will never happen for sentimental reasons. I hope you all enjoy his little display creation

That is COOL! Now I know where you got your numismatic fervor!

Your Dad sounds like a wonderful man and a great coin collector and I know you miss him.

God bless you and your family in this very tough time!

Very interesting pairings on each side in such a unique way to display some coins. Is the block of wood solid?
