Why do they keep milking the duck coins? I refuse to buy those after they released a case for the 3. Then bam lets make a bunch more. RCM is strange sure a lot of wasted money goes to them imo. I'll grab the 50 cent roll from colonial acres when it goes on sale later on this year. Will grab the glass frog to complete the collection when its released. Other then that my wallet will be very gr8 away from RCM

Quote: Why do they keep milking the duck coins? I refuse to buy those after they released a case for the 3. Exactly, I have a set with the duck call (Yet again we dont know the mintage of the set), but with them making more it devalues the whole set , plus there are only 3 spots in the box, what were they thinking? Greed I guess, well its back firing on them I think , number one rule in selling , don't anger your customers, this is just another example of how their Subscription system is truly flawed. Anyway on to bigger/ and better things , sad though I would have subscribed to a few sets in the past 6 months but I just cant justify it anymore.

Quote: The Forest sub has some 920 subs left at this moment which suggests there were maybe 1500 to begin with. But it could be more if this sub was commissioned by a dealer (see Big Coin series), so it's hard to tell. Ya could be 8500 Sub sets for all we know, its quite simple really, list the bloody Max number of sets that will be sold.

All this yet you keep buying from them. Send them a message By not buying from there anymore that is the only thing that will work.

Also silveroid I think I'm going to go look at my forgotten RCM coins that I stored away and see if there is any I can sell that do not appeal to me anymore. Use the money to buy some bullion or some libertads I need for my 1oz silver libertad collection

Use the money to buy ***** I also did this... Just decided to limit myself really extreme way, in order not to make doubtful purchases. Trying avoid to buy just because it "nice", "first", "important theme", "very Canadian", "package" etc, but only because the collection, in my opinion, will miss this item.

Lots of new items up now on the RCM site. Many subscriptions. Looks like they are not offering collector boxes on most of the subs offered this month. cheers Liverpool

I wonder if I took a cheap tiny glass frog and glued it onto a coin , maybe increase its value by 100%.

Amazing vintage item (set) for the people who appreciate 3-rd party official enhancements: Minted by RCM, enhanced by experienced German company and brought to us by "The Coin Shoppe": 2015 4 oz - 4 x 1 oz Canada Maple Leaf Four Seasons Silver Coin Set - Jewel Edition This year the Maple Leaves are finished with a spectacular new technology. The four most precious Jewels are united in this wonderful set. The set comes with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and a display box. Mintage: 2000 http://www.thecoinshoppe.ca/2015-4-...wel-edition/Added: Just saw, that they have also ASE set with the same finish....well, imo, SMLs more suitable for such type of enhancement.
