I don't spot anything that sets off alarms. Probably a solid MS63, and I've seen coins with similar marks on Liberty's face still make MS64.

No red flags about authenticity but I'd really like to know what that is next to the M in UNUM. Might be a dealbreaker.

Thank you for pointing that out SSuperDdave. I'm yet to see the coin in person and will check out that spot near the 'M' The seller is asking $725 and I think I could haggle down to around $650 and possibly less. Another thanks to everyone who commented

At $650 (raw) you want to be comfortable with it at 64. I'm guessing that, as normal, the images are exaggerating the marks but to my view 64 is a close call.

I actually prefer this example over the other you posted. This one has much more frost on the devices.
