I don't know about everyone else, but I wouldn't consider that a birthday note. I believe the month must be printed as '02' rather than just '2', and in this case, there's just a random zero on the end. I would count it if it were 19640229.

Not that I am a "birthday note" aficionado, but

I agree that the last 0 sort of ruins it BUT -- it is really close and if that were my birthday (I'd be a lot younger) I would want it. It probably doesn't have much or any premium value but that doesn't mean it isn't collectable.

Hang onto it -- you never know.....

I am not a collector of these types but I do have a couple of interesting sequences. I also feel this can be a fun type of collecting for generally people who don't necessarily collect numistatics. I didn't really expect to be shut down so quickly. But opinions are like a**holes, and this is a public forum. Some things I post for fun. Not everyday you get to see a leap year date on a bill. Good day.

Sorry, Papadoc, I didn't intend to shut you down- It's still a nice find, and I would probably keep it.

Oh so close, but I would have to agree with above. It is a neat serial number though!

No Problem Nimisma. I will put it aside for my junior coin collector. He is starting to show interest in bills lately.
