I believe the month must be printed as '02' rather than just '2', and in this case, there's just a random zero on the end. I would count it if it were 19640229. Report this Post to the Staff

I also feel this can be a fun type of collecting for generally people who don't necessarily collect numistatics. I didn't really expect to be shut down so quickly. But opinions are like a**holes, and this is a public forum. Some things I post for fun. Not everyday you get to see a leap year date on a bill. Good day.
