Did you take the pics yourself? The Canadian coin looks uninspired like a casino chip.

Just got my set photographed, and I dared not remove them from their capsules.
Looking good!

And just so everyone knows, the enhanced reverse proof ASE is not a coin at all- it's a piece of art.
The 3-D effect on the eagle is rather pleasant.

The lettering gets lost in all those little leaves.
Yes, but it pops out at you when viewed at different angles. That is, it requires a more "active" viewing technique. It is an interesting effect and I quite like it.

I did receive my return shipping label yesterday - in the mail. The last time I had to return something, which was more than a year ago in fairness, it came by email.

There was only one set available this morning.

The posted photos inspired me to take some smartphone images of my PF70 coins...they really do look much better in person.

Thanks! I just inserted the logos into my own pre-made blank template and then added all the desired information. I don't have to do this, of course, but I like to label my images so that new people to the hobby and to this forum will know exactly what they are looking at when they come across any of my photos. Here's a link from the photog section showing my setup. I pretty much stick with the white background now.

Excellent photos!

98,907 sets sold as of Jul 28. Still more than 1,000 sets shy of a sell-out. Or were there that many returns.?

Omxfl. They didn't sell them all. Some are being sold at some upcoming coin show I read somewhere. ANA world fair of money in august I think and they plan on having both mint directors there to sign the COA's for people... and sell the last of the sets of course.

Ah... Thanks, Big-Kingdom. That would make perfect sense. I think they are holding back some 1,000 sets for the ANA coin show etc. which turns 98,907 into 99,907. Unless there will be leftover sets from these shows, I think this is gone.

I've never been to one of these big shows where the mint directors are signing COAs. Any idea how much they charge for the signature and if they do signatures on COAs from sets bought elsewhere?

received my set this past week. I didn't take the greatest photo, but there it is.

Pride-Of-Two-Nations-Set

the only aspect of the set that I'm underwhelmed by is the queen's likeness on the maple leaf. it's kind of flat. the maple leaf seems more 'alive'. other than that it's a decent set. glad to have it. the silver eagle is pretty sharp.
