1923 S Standing Liberty Quarter? Have I Found One?

Jakes Coins Pillar of the Community United States 735 Posts	Posted 05/26/2023 5:52 pm In one of my recent Standing quarter purchases I noticed this coin was marked 1924 s on the flip but at some angles it appears to be a 1923 s, But ive been staring at it too long and may just be seeing things . What are your thoughts? Would it be enough to get it certified? With overhead light (1) With a light towards the left (2) Overhead Light (3) Light under the date (4) Again with overhead light (5) Photo of the reverse I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set \| Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better? Report this Post to the Staff

Jakes Coins Pillar of the Community United States 735 Posts	Posted 05/26/2023 7:44 pm I appreciate the opinions & after comparing this coin side by side to a few examples of 1923 & 1924 quarters I would have to agree that this is a 1924. I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set \| Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?
