CoinNutt Valued Member United States 64 Posts	Posted 09/26/2019 4:52 pm 1999 P Kennedy half dollar Coin condition is Circulated/Uncirculated Double half collar (half collar on the obverse & half collar on the reverse). Missing star/stars on reverse right above the D on DOLLAR. Die crack on obverse starting at the 9 in 19 of the date and runs all the way across John's neckline.
