Just picked this coin up at LCS for $1. Not sure what I'm looking at or if its worth a premium. Any help appreciated. Sorry for the low quality picture, only have my phone at this time.

This is a lamination; very common on War Nickels. It is somewhat collectable as an error but buyers for one like this are more scarce than the coins. Figure its main value in the silver content.
