1992-P Lincoln Cent Slanted Upward Letter E Near Pluribus On Reverse?

Perfect Error Valued Member United States 477 Posts	Posted 05/18/2022 8:12 pm Appears to be a Slanted Upward Letter E near the Pluribus Lettering? There doesn't seem to be any hits/damage at that the Slanted Letter E location. My Questions is: Why is the Top section and the Middle section of the Letter E Slanted Upward but the Bottom section is not affected? Also if you zoom in on the Slanted Letter E, there seems to be a bottom Layer of the Slants facing Downward. So it seems the Top and Middle Slants are showing Upward and Downward Directions.
