1999 P New Jersey State Quarter, Possible Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ? Can I Get Some Eyes On This Please?

Crowny New Member United States 31 Posts	Posted 09/18/2023 02:28 am I'm new to coin hunting and got this 1999 P New Jersey State Quarter at work tonight. Once I got it home and under the scope I was puzzled at what I was seeing. I'm new to this so my eyes aren't yet trained on what to look for. But is this a DDO or MD, or something else?
