I have a full set of MS 64 or greater other than the 34S. I found it interesting that hardest coins for me to find were the 27D and 27S. Mainly because I couldn't find coins with the eye appeal my other coins had. Best of luck building your set!

I started working on a set.... then my wife retired which pretty much stopped my collecting. I have 10 Peace, started my set with the 1921 PCGS satin in MS63. That was an in-expensive (yea, right) coin... LOL I would like to finish my set, someday. Gave up on my Morgan set, did not realize just how nuts the prices on those are although I did manage to collect atleast one of every year.

I do, since I am a set builder too. My 1928p is in the awesome grade of AG-3, so that is an obvious lowball. The 1928s though is in much better shape at around AU-55 and is a vam-1. My 1921 is around VF-20 and looks to be vam-1G. And my 1934s grades around a VF-25/30 but it has some unfortunate obv scratches, VAM indeterminate .

I thought the "old" album looked just fine...But now they look stunning! Did you upgrade some along the way? Your 34-S seems newer...maybe just lighting? WTG! smat

I upgraded 2 only, the 1934s was harshly cleaned, this one maybe also cleaned but not harshly. The 1924 was also replaced. I found that one in an AU pile of common date Peace dollars. It was $17, sometimes you get lucky.

I don't have it. I want one. I saw one sell. The 21 the 34s and the 28 were obvious cleanings. It was on a bid auction and sold for $1100. All of the uncleaned ones were uncirculated.

I completed mine a few years ago. Fun set to assemble. Mine are all MS except the 34-S is AU 55 or so. It was the second set I completed after a Morgan year set. Now I'm 8 coins away from completing the Morgan business strike set. Of course I have a lot of circulated Morgan's in it.

I have a full set. Everything is AU-55 to MS-64 except for the 34-S and 35-S. I'll snag those eventually, but I'm not too worried about it.

Thanks all, I'm happy I finished this set a few years ago. Probably 35% of these I picked up from the AU/MS pile, at $17 each. That time is sadly gone.
