You can look at your LCS if you have one. Or there are several online Precious Metals dealers such as JMBullion, APMEX, etc.

@Reno32 I will purchase raw from one of the online PM dealers, probably JMBullion. I don't bother with grading on most coins and this would be no exception. If you're worried about receiving genuine coins, I'd be very confident in dealing with an online dealer such as JMB or APMEX.

Back in June of this year, I receive a phone call about buying the Uncirculated 2021 Type 1 American Silver Eagle. The coin dealer stated, He could see it being available to Me. Knowing and Collecting Every Mint Marked Unc, Bur, Enhanced, Pr, RP, etc I knew the coin was NOT released, as I too, Have an eye out at the U S Mint. I told him, The coin was not released yet. He went on to say, Mike, I'm holding it in my hand, I mentioned He may be mistakenly confusing the Bullion silver for the Mint Marked W or S Minted coins. I asked Him what, IF any, Mint mark was on the coin, He stated, It had a W Mint Mark. He went on to say He did'nt think it would be a good coin for me, Was it real ? So, Maybe, Just Maybe, Certain dealers and or sellers did Receive the 2021 Unc Type 1 Coin. I have seen some Beautiful Proof and Enhanced Proofs, along with the Reverse Proofs and the Enhanced Reverse Proofs Too, I like Many others, Collect the Entire Mint Marked Series, Uncirculated Included. Having collected them all, EXCEPT the 95, which I'd like to obtain, just to complete, In My Opinion, The Entire Mint Marked, American Silver Eagle Series. PS, I know it was NOT released Every year on the Calendar, Does NOT mean It went un-noticed also, IT does NOT make collecting a Complete Series, any Easier !!!!!! IMO, The UNC of the Mint Marked ASE'S, Are the Lowest Mintage, (Usually), and My Personal Favorite. So We Wish to know, WHY did the UNC receive the Lesser of the, Don't miss the LAST Proof of the Type 1 Original Series !!!! Don't miss the Last Original Designed On Their Heavy-Hitters Series, get them while their hot Series......... THIS Coin, The 2020 Unc will be the Last coin I collect, in the ASE Series !!!! What a note to end collecting a series, This series, Collected and shown, in ALL their OGP, WOW !!!!!! PS, Enjoy the Hunt !!!!!!! Feeling Cheated !!!!!!

Not sure how the Burnished Coin was first brought into THIS topic, The 2021 UNC ASE Type 1 . However, The Uncirculated Version of the ASE was started from 1986, While the Burnished started, AS mentioned 2006. My concerns were Why No UNC ASE Ty 1 for 2021, If the Mint does Not make one, SAD..................My Favorite Version, the Under-appreciated, lesser mintage( usually ), and Highly sought after, years to come, The UNC .......

This coin appears to be a 2021 UNC ASE Type I bullion coin ( no mint mark):

https://www.ebay.com/itm/275758776448

NGC label indicates it was minted in San Francisco. Based on this thread :

http://goccf.com/t/401132

Is this coin mis-labelled ? Thanks.

No, your are misreading the label. There is no indication of the mint. What your are misreading is "S$1", which means Silver, and the $1 denomination of the ASE.
In addition, this whole thread is a perfect example of an entire conversation being messed up but not using the US Mint designations for finish type.

Checklist for American Silver Eagle Dollars

That's a good list. When I got started more as an ASE collector, I found that one and printed it out a number of times and still have it. I came up with my own list I would share, it's a pretty large PDF and unsure if I could share it here. I would and will if I can figure it out.
Because the list does refer to Uncirculated as burnished, let me just make a few comments.
I think if everyone used burnished and knew the Mint calls them Uncirculated, all would be fine.
The problem gets to be when people also start confusing lower case "uncirculated" with what the Mint calls "Uncirculated", which is their name for burnished.
It gets confusing because
A. No ASEs are intended to be circulated, but
B. They do have a $1 denomination.
"Proof" is no problem, or the special finishes.
The problem lies with Bullion, Uncirculated, and the slang term burnished.

I do Not See WHY the term Uncirculated got all distorted and New nomenclature, Burnished has Floated to the top, ?

Unc's were here from Day ONE, Why would people just decide to use another term, the coins were Not accepted ?. I know the Coins are treated differently, the process is different, Just What happened, they enhanced the UNC's.... I am not along for this ride. Ranting Over....

I re-read some OLDER posts where I saw I posted I am Done collecting the ASE Series, HELP.

PS, This years offerings, WOW...

"From day one" it was bullion and proof. Uncirculated, as a coin type or finish, wasn't added until 2006. Then people started calling them burnished, which I agree is because Uncirculated is a very confusing name, but that's what it is. None are meant for circulation. It would have been better if the Mint called them burnished from the start

Let me be More clear,

I used the term UNCIRCULATED Long Before the ASE Series came out. People will call things what they will, Does not mean it is Correct. The UNC's have been around Forever.... :) They are UNCIRCULATED Finished Coins. This is My interpretation, Our Entire hobby is an Interpretative , Subjective Order, No....

Mentioned is the 1986 Start of the Bullion and PROOF Finishes Available then, Just what Finish would You call the Bullion, Mentioned, We All know there is no mint mark, Uncirculated Condition, Finish....

The Finish , On Most U S Coinage I am Familiar with has been in the UNC Finish or Mint State. Does Not mean ALL coinage is Intended for Circulation, Just Usually found in Unc Finish.
