I'm with Frog there is wear on the hair, but these since they were high relief almost all had wear. I'll go AU 58.

Too much wear in the hair to go MS, although the eagle looks great! I'm at AU-58.

No huge surprise on grade. In-hand I don't see any luster breaks and areas with with incomplete detail seem consistent with normal strike weakness.

Peace dollars are a strange bird. The more you tend to look at them the more problems you see. I had a dealer friend that once told me "doesn't matter what they look like they ALL look VF" to him. Ever since then I just do a glance for a grade and go with my gut feeling. In this case I said 63 and was comfortable with that. If I had kept looking at I would have eventually lowered my opinion to high AU. It is a tough series to grade and has been so for a long time.
