1943 Copper Lincoln Cent, This Can't Be Real Right?

The mint never issued a coin with the last digit a 3 that looked anything like that squiggle on your coin.
I am struggling to see a 7, as one did.
To me, clearly a 1942.

I can see this being a 2 or a 7 as well.
Looks like the last digit took a hit at the base that pushed metal around (creating the base of a "2" or it really is a 2).

Take a minute to look at the images posted. A clear closeup would be nice.

Based on the shape of the 4 and the distance of the last digit from the 4, a 7 seems more likely than a 2, but there's too much damage to tell for sure. I definitely don't see a 3.

@Nobile03, why don't you post a picture up close and clear like you did with your 1942? if you had done that from the beginning you would have prevented a lot of these guess works !!
