Very nice full red Indian. I think it can make MS65RD unless the slight strike weakness in the tips of the headdress and a few scattered spots held it to 64.

There's at least 2 obverse rim dents at 2:00 . Also I'm having a problem with all the hair curls , wear or weak strike ? Reverse of this coin is really nice . I'm going to pull a BadThad and say AU-64 RD .

a little weak in the strike but I have it at MS65RD. I dont think the rim dings are prominent enough to reduce grade

Don't see this as RD with carbon spots and darkish area in feathers on obverse and corresponding darkish area below CENT on rev. No way. PM me with side bets up to $20.

Of course I don't know if it graded RD or RB but if I was a betting man I'd take that one in a heartbeat. Many bronze coins up to 10% brown grade RD and the OP's coin looks 95% red to me. Now NGC might well have have tough on it and graded it RB, but for reference here's a few PCGS gems and near gems that all graded RD.
