This looks like theres a D mintmark in rim and L in liberty really big.

Thank you all for welcoming me. It took awhile for me to figure this out and I may be in the wrong place again? Lol anyway I know that coin is gross and rotted but theres a tiny d on the rim and the l in liberty is huge . Its pretty strange .#9786; thanks again
