I have a certified NGC VF 25.
The OP coin is clearly better . I would venture the coin is a
Solid EF 40 .
Sharp well detailed Wings on the Reverse ,light wear on breast centre.
Coin shows only light wear on the Obverse hair strands,
which is in higher relief than other series . The planchet
Adjustment Marks detract from overall eye Appeal , but do not affect the grade.
PCGS EF 40 straight Grade is an educated guess.

Weight adjustment marks are particularly unappealing on this example, but it is still causing me to drool. EF-45 straight is my assessment. A beauty.

VF35. Adjustment marks are not uncommon on early coins but I do find these overtly distracting.

It's part of the learning curve with early bust silver

AU55 isn't out of line comparing to other examples. I think it's closer to AU50/53 though.

Regardless of adjustment marks and appearance, that's a remarkable piece of history from a very young country. I'd sure rather buy it than a new car, but I also know how my better half would view that choice.
