Nice 1881-H! There's just a small hint of strike softness, mostly evident in the top of the obverse letters.
Decent detail in the top knot, jewels, and ribbon. The eye is sharp, and the eyebrow and dimple are evident, suggesting a high VF. The contact marks between the top knot and REGINA and in the field in front of the lips and chin are noticeable, as is the much better appearance of the reverse.
Balancing strike softness and wear, I see your coin as VF-30, with a shot at VF-35. For what it's worth, I have seen PCGS slab coins very close to yours as EF-40.
