I definitely see doubling. Not sure how much it is worth, but absolutely an example. A pretty nice one, at that too.

I see a combination of Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration. Note that the letters around the reverse of these newer quarters are incuse and not raised. True die doubling on incuse letters would actually make them thinner and would not show obvious notching or separation.

These devices are incuse. So any Machine Doubling will altered these devices that way. The real place to find DDR's is on the central areas of the design. None of these Machine Doubling examples are DDR's. They are very common. 70% of the time you can see mild to strong Machine Doubling on these quarters. They will never be listed, so don't fall for that. Center of the design on the reverses and earlobe/left side of motto is the areas for the obverse on the States/ATB quarters.

Thank you COOP, I thought it was Machine Doubling, and I remember you saying always look inward to the center, in reference to the Roosevelt dime. I guess I just needed conformation. Thank you all so much. I am getting a little more comfortable with posting and asking questions. I have read your postings a million times. You would think it would be sooo embedded in my memory,,Right,, Again Thank you and thank you for all you so for us all...

If these devices were closer to the center, then if they were a doubled die, they would be reduced in size, like the EPU on the shield quarters:

Note on the incuse devices, the hub doubling reduces the size of the devices. (Just the opposite for the raised devices)

On this area when Machine Doubling happens, it enlarges the devices:

So what happens with raised devices, incuse devices does just the opposite.
