Oh my, I forgot about the Coast Guard! My sister-in-law was a Coastie. Do not inform her of my error!  With that, maybe they could have had six or seven medals.  |

I remember the Merchant Marines. They went away with the US flagged merchant fleet. You are right though they are totally deserving of recognition.

On a separate note has anyone else been double charged for the medal they ordered? I have 2 charges pending. I've seen them do that in the past followed by a credit. So far no credit.
My medal will be delivered tomorrow. If it's not fixed by then a chat will be on order.

I'm not sure if the photos on the product page for the Coast Guard 2.5" medal have been up for a while, but I just noticed them. That medal looks really cool --the boat crashing through the waves is highly detailed.  |
