Not sure maybe it's a worn dies but even the tail of the D looks like it's there. Still learning but help for this are greatly appreciated, thank you.

@its, yes I think that @OFM is correct--the date and mintmark look normal, but with light circulation hits that have moved some of the metal around.

The bottom right side of the 2 looks like a small die gouge. Note how it rises on that area. No real premium for anything on this coin. sorry
