Doesn't matter what it is now, it is just a spender. The condition makes it a cull coin.

Most likely a 0, could be a banged up 9, maybe a 3, but not an 8, 4 is out of the question, but most likely a zero.
one thing is for sure, it IS a banged up zinc cent - just a spender.
