I've been wanting to create a similar theme for a long time. I just want to share my new acquisitions.

Nice. You may want to crop your photos so all we see is the coin. Where are you mostly getting U.S. coins in Russia?

Well, in the next publications I crop publish photos. After crop the quality drops very much.

This is usually an eBay auction or local online auctions.

That is a nice group of Americana @slerk. My fave (so far) is that '37 D Buffalo nickel.

Nice selection!

I moved this to the US forum. If you add some non-US coins, we can move to the World forum.

The raised bumps on FDR's cheek are a little odd. Maybe those are just hits that moved the metal around.

I noticed it too, but I haven't checked in detail what it could be yet.

While I'm waiting for a parcel with world coins, I'll show you a gift that a certain girl from Dallas, whom I met on the postcrosser website, kindly agreed to give me. She is not a coin collector, I am grateful to her for this wonderful gift.
