Found this large date 1960 P with some small cuds. Third Pic bottom right of coat. Forth pic right of forehead hair curl. Last Pic small cud under the C in Cent. Also, PMD at top of head. Let me know your thoughts.
I thought some of the objects looked like small pieces of foil. Anyway, was this happening when the coin was struck, or was it a dirty planchet? Sorry for the mischaracterization about possible delamination. But after looking at Lincoln cents all day I should know better about posting until I think about the state of the coin. I have seen delamination before, so I apologize for not using the proper classification.
