Seem to be a clash. Interesting on proof coins. Sure the reverse must be see and analyze.

It's hard to get a good pic because it so shiny but there's a line under the memorial and one inside the pliers

Die clash both sides and very very nice. You might want to check https://www.maddieclashes.com/ to see if they list it,if they do not, I am sure they will want to. I think it is Air-Tite worthy.

Not only is that a clash on the obverse, it would appear that it (the clash part) has a cameo too. a first for me.
