Seller insists its a 1928, I am not convinced. Havent bought it yet

the upper loop on 8 of a 1928 is much smaller than what we see here.

I'm calling 1923

Thank you all. I own a 23 myself. Judging from pics I have seen of the 1928 version the 8 is "thin" compared to the 3. Thats what got me worried.
But I have asked the seller and its a seller I have bought from before. Downside is they know nothing of coins

First glance it looked like a 3
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Thank you everyone, there is a big price difference in a 23 or 28!

I have handled so few coins so its hard for me to judge from experience and bad photos :)

23 ,not a chance this is a 1928 .
When purchasing a 28 P get a graded one .
