If you are referring to the green print being slightly off-centre then I think that you'll find that this to be fairly common with the donation dollar.
Any time a blank is struck slightly off-centre then, when it comes to the stage where the colour is printed on, it will match up to where the centre of the coin should have been thus resulting in this slight misalignment.

Yes to above,always state what you think the error is,makes it a bit easier to see where you are coming from. I have similar coins and some where the colour is mottled or missing as well.
