This has been edited. Look on the areas that are catching light...if it wasn't edited the area that has been "stamped twice" would not be as dark as the rest of the areas.

I'd like to know the purpose of this thread. Was it to ask something specific or

since the OP hasn't responded, I'm guessing troll. at first, I thought we were looking at a digital overlay of the doubled areas. the "dark lines" were an aid to show what we should be looking for, usually followed by an unedited image.

Looks like a very worn die (VLDS). The die flow lines are what he is looking at. It can't be double struck. There is no way to strike the reverse on both sides. Just die flow showing in the areas in question.

sorry fellas I just wrote a huge explanation on how that happened and when I hit post I had to log in again I hade asked yesterday for the post to be erased but I guess thae same thin happened so here quick version map bump on gimp (program name) I was trying to get the brightness of the printer light down or change the color when I saw the button so I hit it anyways here is another but this the actual dime no reverse marks in a bit Ill post the regular pic with out effects 1993-D/D-Doyble-Die-Or-Double-Die-Etc...

i think posting a plain, close up, unaltered pic would be a good place to start.

listen buddy I already heard enough from my wife I went to get her all excited to have her point that out to me Bua jajajajajajaja learned my lesson the light doesn't do it justice

It can't be a RPM on the mint mark. Since 1990 the mint marks are on the hub and no longer hand punched on the dies.
